Our special "amber" blend agave nectar is less refined, with a delicate caramel/mollasses flavor that may find you eating the stuff out of a spoon. Recipes that call for honey or sugar should still follow the "1/3 less rule", and we find it especially good for baking, drizzling over crepes and fruit pancakes and in iced teas. Still totally organic, and still totally delicious.
