Our original "light" agave nectar is colorless and perfect for sweetening drinks hot or cold, because its silky consistency dissolves marvelously in any liquid and is the perfect substitute for honey. It's about 3 times sweeter too, so take any recipe calling for honey and add about 1/3 the amount for agave nectar. Did we mention it's grown on a totally organic farm in Mexico? Sweet!
