Orders made through our website are processed and shipped within 24 hours. When you place an order with us and we receive it, we will do everything within our power to get your order out the same business day from our south Florida organic warehouse.
All orders over $100 shipped within the United States qualify for free UPS Ground Shipping. Free shipping orders are sent via UPS or USPS, depending on time, availability, and customer preference.
All products bought from International Organics Incorporated are shipped via either UPS™ or USPS®, depending on customer preference and availability. Currently, orders purchased by through our website can only be shipped within the United States and Canada. The fastest way to determine shipping costs is to add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. You will enter a secure area of our website and you will be asked to enter your shipping address. Before you are asked to enter any payment information, the shopping cart will display shipping costs for the various shipping methods available. The reason we require these steps before shipping can be calculated is because our system is communicating the weight of your order to generate the costs of shipping.
We currently do ship to Canada using UPS Standard delivery (Ground), however we will ship via USPS if specifically requested. We do not offer free shipping on Canadian orders. All of our products are approved for entry into Canada, however you will be liable for any duties and brokerage fees that are incurred while clearing through customs into Canada. We are sorry for this inconvenience, we understand it is more money for our friends to the north and we try to compensate you with great service.
